Position: Sales Executive

Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in any stream

(BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS/ MCom) with a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation.

·           The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course.

·           Computer literate and possess good numerical and communication Skills.

·           Gender: Male.

·           Age: Less than 26years.

·           Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language.

·           Work Experience: 0 – 1 years selling experience preferably.

             Fluency in Bengali is compulsory.

.           Location – Kolkata.

Salary:-

During Probation Monthly Gross Salary will be Rs. 17422/-

After one Year of Service: Rs.3.90 Lac .Per Annuam

Selection Process:-

1. Aptitude Test: - Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, English, Data Interpretation.
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal interview

 Job Profile:-

Candidates selected for the post will undergo training for six months, after which they will be assigned independent charge of a territory.  They would be responsible for achieving sales target by servicing dealers, collecting   payments and developing markets.   The job would require extensive travelling.
